The LiÉge waffle
Revered as Belgium’s best kept secret. The Liége waffle dates as far back as the 1800’s. The waffle is based off a brioche type dough which separates it from the American traditional batter made waffle. Our waffles are made in-house with a dough infused with imported pearl sugar that when pressed caramelizes the sugar creating a tender crunchy texture while still maintaining the fluffy inside of a brioche dough giving you just the right amount of sweetness.
